FAQ

Are your fees covered by health insurance?

Many insurance plans cover massage therapy, either fully or partially. It’s best to check with your insurance provider to understand the details of your coverage. If you choose to book via the Panorama Wellness Group, whatever your insurance provider covers is applied upfront. If you book through my home clinic, I will provide you with a receipt that will allow you to apply for re-imbursal from your provider.

Is it possible to change a booked appointment?

Absolutely, I just ask that you provide 48 hours notice. Your booking time is reserved just for you. If you do need to change your time 48 hours allows enough time for patients on the waitlist to book in to the time you’ve made available.

What if I have an emergency?

Occasionally, life can be unpredictable. If you experience a sudden illness or accident, I’m happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment at no extra charge. Just let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll work with you to find a solution that works best for you.

What methods of payment can I use?

My office clinic is able to accept credit card payments, cash, or banks card and is able to access direct billing to your health insurer. My home office is able to accept etransfers and cash, and will provide you with a receipt for submission to your health insurer.

How do I book?

You can choose to book an appointment at one of two convenient locations, both in Murrayville, Langley. The first option is Panorama Wellness Group, where my office clinic is located. Alternatively, if you prefer a more relaxed environment, you can book at my home clinic. Simply click the ‘Book Now’ button, and you’ll be directed to a page where you can select either location.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

When you come in for your first visit, we’ll sit down for a chat about your health history and any concerns you have. From there, I’ll suggest a treatment plan. If anything needs tweaking, we’ll adjust it together. Your needs and preferences are my priority, and I’ll make sure they’re always respected.
